Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cúram Quality Analyst to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing applications built on the Cúram platform and a solid foundation in software testing methodologies. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of social program management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Cúram-based applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across Cúram modules.
  • Develop automation test cases using industry standard tools.
  • Validate Cúram Express Rules and Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG) components.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in test environment setup and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 2.5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Cúram platform.
  • Experience in writing and executing test cases based on business requirements.
  • Proficiency in using test automation tools.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar test management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Java, XML, or SQL is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Cúram certification is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience working in government or healthcare domain projects.
