Rashi Kale Founder & President
Rashi founded D2Sol in 2012 with a vision to build a specialized technology firm focused on improving outcomes for Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies. As President, she provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the company, while overseeing D2Sol’s global human resources, finance, and compliance functions and guiding its continued growth and operational excellence.
With a background spanning technology, finance, and operations, Rashi brings a disciplined business perspective to D2Sol’s growth and evolution. She works closely with the leadership team to strengthen the organization, uphold strong governance and business practices, and ensure D2Sol continues to deliver meaningful value to its customers, partners, and the communities they serve.
Yashwant Kale Founder & Vice President, Strategy & Growth
As a founder of D2Sol, Yash provides strategic leadership across the company’s growth, market development, and customer engagement initiatives. He plays a central role in shaping D2Sol’s business strategy, developing new markets and opportunities, and building trusted, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
With deep experience in Health and Human Services (HHS) and public-sector technology, Yash combines industry insight with a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. He works closely with customers and D2Sol’s leadership teams to identify strategic opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth.
William (Bill) Destache Managing Director, Client Services & Sales
Bill leads D2Sol’s client services and sales organization, with responsibility for strengthening customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and leading strategic pursuits across Health and Human Services (HHS) programs. He works closely with agency leaders, prospective customers, and D2Sol teams to shape solutions, lead successful RFP responses, and align D2Sol’s capabilities with evolving program needs. Bill also serves on the Board of Directors of the Human Services Information Technology Advisory Group (HSITAG) and the APHSA ISM Planning Committee, contributing his experience to the broader HHS technology community.
With 30 years of experience in HHS technology and large-scale public-sector programs, Bill brings a strong combination of industry knowledge, client leadership, sales, and delivery expertise. His focus on trusted partnerships, customer success, and program outcomes helps D2Sol create lasting value for existing customers while building new relationships with agencies seeking to modernize and transform their HHS programs.
Janardhanan Duraipandi Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Jana leads D2Sol’s technology strategy and architecture, shaping the technical direction for the company’s solutions and innovation initiatives. He provides leadership across enterprise architecture, cloud, artificial intelligence (AI), application modernization, and emerging technologies, with a focus on secure, scalable solutions for Health and Human Services (HHS) programs.
With more than 20 years of HHS technology experience, Jana brings deep expertise in Cúram/Social Program Management, solution architecture, cloud and AI-enabled modernization, and product innovation. He works across D2Sol’s business and engineering teams to establish technology direction and translate emerging technologies into practical HHS solutions.
Rama Chandra (Ram) Dash Managing Director, D2Sol India & Vice President, Global Product Engineering
Ram leads D2Sol’s India operations and global product engineering organization, with responsibility for scaling the company’s engineering, technology, and delivery capabilities. As Managing Director of D2Sol India, he oversees the Global Capability and Delivery Center in Bengaluru and chairs the D2Sol India Board, providing leadership across talent strategy, operational growth, governance, and D2Sol’s global delivery model.
With 30 years of experience in technology leadership, product engineering, and global delivery—including nearly two decades in Health and Human Services (HHS)— Ram combines deep industry expertise with engineering and organizational leadership. An active contributor to the HHS community, he regularly speaks and participates in industry forums, sharing perspectives on technology modernization, global capability centers, and the evolving role of data, AI, cloud, and emerging technologies in transforming public-sector service delivery.
Michael Hutchinson Director, Delivery
Michael leads end-to-end delivery across D2Sol’s portfolio of Health and Human Services (HHS) programs, with responsibility for ensuring successful execution from planning through implementation and ongoing support. He works closely with customers and D2Sol teams to maintain alignment on program priorities, manage delivery commitments, and drive quality, predictability, and successful outcomes.
Michael also leads customer success for key D2Sol accounts, serving as a trusted partner to agency stakeholders and ensuring their evolving business and program needs are effectively addressed. His focus on delivery excellence, proactive engagement, and long-term customer relationships helps strengthen D2Sol’s partnerships and consistently deliver value across its client engagements.

How It All Started
Every journey has a story—and a rare few become our foundation. It began with Yash and Suresh as D2Sol’s first two team members on a single project. Within months, trusted former colleagues joined them, building not just a team, but a culture rooted in deep trust and mutual respect.
Captured in this photo, this founding group brings decades of hands-on IT and human services experience, from architects and developers to delivery leaders. While the team built solutions, Rashi managed critical back-office operations—finance, contracts, and immigration—enabling everyone to stay fully focused on delivery. Beyond reporting structures, they were held together by a simple commitment: showing up for each other and the clients who depended on them.
More than a decade later, this foundational team remains together at D2Sol, carrying that same spirit into every project and continuing to set the benchmark for how we serve.
