ETL/BI Reports Developer

Requires involvement in all Interface directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into effective BI and ETL design solutions.Lead end-to-end BI solution development, including requirements gathering, user interaction, report design, and implementation. Collaborate with data modelers and ETL developers to design efficient and scalable data structures, ensuring optimal performance for reporting and analytics. Provide guidance on BI standards, best practices, and methodologies across the SDLC. Develop MicroStrategy schema objects, public objects, reports, and dashboards. Administer MicroStrategy environment, handling migrations, user access management, data refresh scheduling, automated subscriptions, and security controls. Leverage advanced analytics techniques in MicroStrategy and Excel.

Requires degree in computer/engineering related. MS (3Yrs) or BS (5Yrs) of experience as an ETL/BI Developer. Position requires expertise inimplementing & optimizing data warehousing & BI solutions; Data Visualization; ability to troubleshoot issues & provide support for MicroStrategy & BI/Analytics Applications; proficiency in BI tools (POWER BI, Tableau, Informatica), Curam software, SQL, & Oracle DB.
