Requires involvement in requirements gathering. Conduct meetings with business stakeholders, to understand business goals and existing processes, and identify problems. Document high level business requirements. Analyze existing software applications, new business requirements and system specifications to determine all parameters of the software application. Analyze and design Curam Eligibility Rules/Projects using Curam Business Application Suite. Define scope, risks, assumptions and dependencies. Create the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). Plan requirement document management and estimate requirement elicitation and design completion. Conduct functional design walkthroughs with the application and testing teams and support the team throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Involve in Development, Implementation and Testing.

Requires Master’s degree in management/information sciences related with 3 months’ experience as I.T. analyst.  Position requires expertise in supply chain management & analysis; Business Analytics; Project Mgmt.; SDLC with proficiency in Agile, Waterfall & Scrum; Create test plans, test cases & defect tracking systems for resolution & change management; Experience with Curam Application Suite & provide Curam based solutions; Develop & maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM);
